Creating, drawing, and painting have fascinated me since I was old enough to hold a crayon. I was privileged to grow up on a farm in Ashfield with a father who understood the cycles of life and appreciated what the land gave us, not only in sustenance but also in beauty. Now I live at Bridgmont Farm in Westhampton with my husband, Peter, and I’m inspired every day by the landscapes surrounding us and the animals that support our life. I see a painting in every vista and my passion is to try to capture what I see to share with others. The sky that I paint or the wind in the flowers will never be the same again and I need to save that moment.
